INSIDER’S GUIDE TO SOWETO!
Because the fun only begins off the beaten track!
The local’s secret guide to Soweto
Known as the “heartbeat of the nation” Soweto is a big deal, guys. While we’re pros at navigating the city, when it comes to the legendary South-Western Townships, we decided to call in a local expert, Sunshine Shibambo.
Girl about town and connoisseur of cool, if you’re lucky enough to have Sunshine on speed dial then you’re already on the fast-track to fly.
Don’t believe us? Take a peek at Sunshine’s guide to Soweto and you can thank us later.
Sunshine’s Guide to Soweto: 5 places you’ve gotta go!
So the best way to “attack” Soweto and her “nookies” is with a mate or more. I grabbed my friend Sello this weekend to #AddSomeFlavour to my visit because he runs the largest youth event in Soweto (check it out @AuthenticSunday) and knows all the shortcuts.
